Cannabis Care Team is a group of professionals dedicated to providing qualifying patients with the education, support, and advocacy they need to experience the medical benefits of cannabis and consume it safely.

As active members of the American Cannabis Nurses Association, the Society of Cannabis Clinicians, and the American Holistic Nurses Association among others, we pride ourselves in our professional memberships and our deep understanding of cannabis as medicine.

Our services are ideal for the “cannabis naïve” patient who needs support, education, and an ongoing relationship with a Registered Nurse. Many of these patients feel lost and overwhelmed after they receive their card and just don’t know where to start.

In Missouri, patients have options for obtaining cannabis, and we have connected many patients with caregivers who grow high quality, safe medicine. Our team is in the Kansas City area, but we offer telehealth services and are licensed to practice in 33 states.

Our goal is to always meet the individual patient’s needs and we have coached several patients who have successfully met their health-care goals. Patients often report we are professional, knowledgeable, and supportive.
