Step 2. Choose your appointment time. Today’s date will populate. Click on the calendar icon in the top right corner, next to today’s date. Click on any date or the arrow icon to find a day that works for you.
Step 3. Enter your patient information. Choose “No” to Are you an existing patient? if you have not had an appointment with a Cannabis Care Team RN.
